Effective as of December 30, 2024.<\/b><\/p>

\u00a0<\/b><\/p>

The user shall pay the prevailing prices, rates, and fees associated with the services, which may be consulted at any time before entering into a rental agreement through the Guppy app downloaded on their mobile device<\/span><\/b>. Users are reminded that Guppy reserves the right to unilaterally modify these prices, rates, and fees.<\/span><\/p>

The applicable prices, rates, and fees for the service shall be those in effect at the time of each specific individual vehicle rental agreement<\/span><\/b>. Such prices, rates, and fees may vary depending on the service conditions. <\/span><\/p>

Prior to signing the Individual Driverless Vehicle Rental Agreement<\/span><\/b>, the application will display the applicable price per kilometer, trip, minute, or hour for that specific contractual relationship, among the various modes offered within the Services. Guppy guarantees that Users will be aware of all prices, fees, and charges that will apply to them at all times before subscribing, without requiring additional actions beyond initiating and following the application\u2019s standard process. The displayed prices are final and include the legally applicable VAT<\/span><\/b>. Payment by Users will be processed automatically upon conclusion of each contractual relationship, following the method Guppy deems applicable, except for the \u201cAll Day\u201d rate (see its specific conditions).<\/span><\/p>

\u201cON THE MOVE\u201d RATE<\/span><\/u><\/p>

This rate applies based on the distance covered (in kilometers) during the rental. <\/span><\/p>

This rate is charged upon the conclusion of the rental (if a daily maximum applies, see the “All Day” rate).<\/span><\/p>

\u00a0<\/b><\/p>

\u201cON HOLD\u201d RATE\u201d<\/span><\/u><\/p>

This rate applies based on the time elapsed during the rental, solely when the vehicle is in standby mode (not in active rental mode).<\/span><\/p>

\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

\u201cALL DAY\u201d RATE<\/span><\/u><\/p>

This rate sets a maximum charge limit for rentals within 24-hour periods. For example, if your rental starts at 3 PM on Tuesday and ends at 3 PM on Wednesday, the daily maximum amount will apply. <\/span><\/p>

Regardless of the distance traveled within that 24-hour period, you will not be charged more than this set maximum amount<\/span><\/b>. Guppy\u2019s app automatically applies this rate without needing activation<\/span><\/b>.<\/span><\/p>

This means that once you reach this daily consumption limit, you can continue to use the service without incurring additional charges until the end of the initial 24-hour period<\/span><\/b>. <\/span><\/p>

If your rental exceeds the first 24 hours, the total maximum charge will be calculated on a global basis, not per individual day<\/span><\/u><\/b>. When a rental surpasses 24 hours, the total<\/u> amount consumed will be verified.<\/span><\/p>

This rate includes:<\/p>

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><\/span>Unlimited kilometers and standby minutes within 24 hours.<\/span><\/p>

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><\/span>Unlimited vehicle changes, allowing the use of multiple vehicles during the rental period.<\/span><\/p>

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><\/span>Access to Guppy\u2019s exclusive parking spaces.<\/span><\/p>

The \u201cAll Day\u201d rate or daily maximum charge must be paid at the end of each 24-hour period following the start of the rental<\/span><\/b>. Even if the user continues to use the vehicle for consecutive days, the daily maximum must be paid at the end of each 24-hour period.<\/span><\/p>

\u00a0<\/b><\/p>

\u201cINTER-PROVINCE\u201d RATE<\/span><\/u><\/p>

An extra interprovincial fee applies when ending a rental in a different Guppy province than the one in which it started, unless the Guppy vehicle is registered in the destination province. <\/span><\/p>

The province of the vehicle is indicated on the rear, by a code with the format Initial-Initial-Number. The first initial denotes the vehicle\u2019s province (e.g., A for Asturias, C for Cantabria). <\/span><\/p>

If a rental concludes in a different province than its starting point, Guppy does not guarantee that the same vehicle will be available for the return trip.<\/span><\/p>

\u00a0<\/b><\/p>

PRE-AUTHORIZATION CHARGE OR DEPOSIT<\/span><\/u><\/b><\/p>

Guppy reserves the right to require a deposit<\/span><\/b> as a condition for the rental and use of certain vehicles, to safeguard against potential damages or defaults by the user. This deposit will consist of a pre-authorization charge on the user\u2019s card<\/span><\/b>, with a variable amount based on vehicle conditions, shown in the app before initiating any rental.<\/span><\/p>

This pre-authorization will last seven days<\/span><\/b>, with the following conditions:<\/span><\/p>

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><\/span>If another vehicle requiring a deposit is rented within this period and more than five days remain on the current authorization, no new authorization will be issued. If less than five days remain, Guppy reserves the right to cancel the initial authorization and issue a new seven-day authorization.<\/span><\/p>

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><\/span>The user will never have more than one active pre-authorization.<\/span><\/p>

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><\/span>If multiple vehicles are rented requiring deposits, only the highest deposit amount will apply.<\/span><\/p>

If the user lacks sufficient funds to complete this pre-authorization of card charge or hold of funds, they will not be able to initiate the rental with the vehicle linked to that deposit amount.<\/span><\/b><\/p>

The return of the deposit does not exempt the company from making future charges or claims arising from the rental in question that are identified after the deposit’s return, in accordance with the Pricing Policy (e.g., traffic fines).<\/span><\/b><\/p>

\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

ASTURIAS AIRPORT<\/span><\/u><\/p>

Rentals can begin or end at the Guppy point at the Hotel Arias parking lot<\/span><\/b>, a five-minute walk from Asturias Airport. <\/span><\/p>

If a user ends or parks the vehicle in the AENA airport parking lot, they will be responsible for covering the cost of parking. The user acknowledges that fleet personnel may require time to retrieve the vehicle from this parking lot and agrees to bear the total cost.<\/span><\/p>

\u00a0<\/b><\/p>

TRANSFER\/SHARE RENTAL<\/span><\/u><\/b><\/p>

Guppy offers two features:<\/span><\/p>

TRANSFER RENTAL<\/span><\/u><\/b><\/p>

It allows an active rental to be transferred from one Guppy user to another without needing to end the first rental and start a second one traditionally. Furthermore, it is not necessary to be at a Guppy point or in a Guppy zone to use this feature. Each Guppy user pays the proportional part of the rental cost for their usage: user A pays from the start of the rental until user B initiates the transferred rental; user B then pays from the moment they accept and begin the transferred rental until they finish it.<\/span><\/p>

In the \u201cOn Route\u201d screen of the app, there is a \u201cTransfer\/Share\u201d button. When clicked, a unique PIN is generated for each of the two functions. User A (with the active rental) must send this PIN to user B (who has no active rental), who will then enter it in the \u201cI Have a PIN\u201d section in the app\u2019s side menu. At this moment, user A\u2019s rental ends, and user B\u2019s rental begins.<\/span><\/p>

\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

SHARE RENTAL<\/span><\/u><\/b><\/p>

This feature allows the trip expenses to be split among all passengers traveling in the vehicle, as long as all passengers are Guppy users. Additionally, this shared rental feature enables all linked users to drive the vehicle. Once a rental is shared among multiple users, it cannot be canceled by any single user while allowing the others to continue; the shared rental will remain active until all participants end it collectively.<\/span><\/p>

In the \u201cOn Route\u201d screen of the app, there is a \u201cTransfer\/Share\u201d button. When clicked, a unique PIN is generated for each function. User A (who has the active rental) must share this PIN with the other users (who have no active rental), who will then enter it in the \u201cI Have a PIN\u201d section in the app\u2019s side menu.<\/span><\/p>

User A can share the rental with others at any time during the trip, and expenses will be split among all users from the start of the rental. This arrangement applies even if the daily maximum rental amount is reached while the rental is shared.<\/span><\/p>

\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

CHARGING POINTS<\/span><\/u><\/p>

Through the app, users can view available Electric Charging Points (Puntos de Recarga, or PDR) and initiate charging sessions for their Guppy vehicles directly within the app.<\/span><\/p>

Pricing for charging services is set per individual charge session, and applicable rates and fees may vary based on the service conditions<\/span><\/b>. <\/span><\/p>

Before beginning any electric charging session<\/span><\/b>, the app will display the specific applicable price, ensuring users are informed of all costs upfront without any additional actions required beyond following the app\u2019s flow. These prices are final and include VAT<\/span><\/b>. The payment for charging will be processed automatically at the end of each session according to the method Guppy determines as appropriate. <\/span><\/p>

Some vehicles are compatible with smart chargers, which automatically initiate battery charging without requiring the user to plug in the vehicle manually<\/span><\/b>. The location and applicable rates for these smart chargers are also displayed in the Guppy app. By renting a vehicle with automatic charging capabilities, users expressly acknowledge and accept that the vehicle may start charging automatically at the rate displayed in the app, even if they haven\u2019t manually initiated the charging session<\/span><\/b>.<\/span><\/p>

It is important to note that Guppy acts solely as an intermediary between users and the PDR provider. Consequently, Guppy holds no responsibility for the operation of these PDRs or any issues that may arise from their use.<\/span><\/p>

\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

SAVINGS PACKAGES<\/span><\/u><\/p>

The\u00a0Bono Ahorro<\/i>\u00a0(Savings Bonds) are prepaid credit packages that offer users discounts on Guppy vehicle rentals. After purchasing a\u00a0Bono Ahorro<\/i>, the balance added to a user’s account is referred to as “Saldo Guppy” (Guppy Balance).<\/span><\/b> <\/span><\/p>

Generally, the larger the bond purchased, the greater the bonus credit provided by Guppy at no extra cost. For instance, purchasing a \u20ac100 bond might add an additional \u20ac50 to the user\u2019s balance, totaling \u20ac150 available to use on the platform.<\/span><\/p>

The prices for\u00a0Bonos Ahorro<\/i>\u00a0are displayed in the Guppy app at the time of purchase, and Guppy reserves the right to adjust these prices unilaterally based on service provision conditions<\/span><\/b>. Payment is required when purchasing the bond, and as users rent vehicles, the costs are deducted from the Guppy Balance.<\/span><\/p>

The Guppy Balance is valid for one year<\/span><\/u><\/b>. If users purchase a new bond within this year, the validity period of the total balance is extended by another year. If the balance is not used within the validity period, it expires. In cases where users purchase a bond and extend their balance validity, but later exercise their right to cancel the bond purchase within the appropriate time, all legal connections related to that purchase are voided, including the extended balance expiration. This means that if the purchase is canceled, the balance expiration date reverts to the pre-purchase state.<\/span><\/p>
